Article 4 (Changes to Purpose of Use)

When the purpose of use is changed, the Operator shall notify Users or publish the changed purpose on this website by the method prescribed by the Operator.
Article 5 (Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Operator shall not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the User, except in the following cases (excluding cases permitted by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other laws):
